Course Objective

The OHS Act 85 of 1993 mandates employers and employees to maintain a healthy and safe work environment, with assigned responsibilities for all levels of staff. Non-compliance can result in severe penalties, including fines or imprisonment. Training is essential for understanding this legislation, but additional learning is recommended, as a single-day course is insufficient for comprehensive knowledge.
